Information used by this service
Account registration collects your name, email, contact details and address. The service stores shipment declarations (including the items, quantities and values you declare), the contact name, phone number and email you give for a collection, quotes, orders, fulfilment addresses, invoices and payment records. Business accounts also have company membership and wallet records. Warehouse staff can record parcel-condition photographs. Sensitive operational changes are recorded in an audit log.
How information is processed
Supabase provides account authentication, database storage and private file storage. Authorized staff use these records to administer accounts, arrange shipments and orders, and record payments. Company wallet administrators can access their company’s invoices and member information.
The chat assistant on this website is provided by KAZ Agentic Tech. When you use it, the messages you send, the page you are on and any campaign details in the link you arrived from are sent to KAZ Agentic Tech to generate a reply. The assistant stores a visitor ID and conversation ID in your browser's local storage. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive personal information in chat. Account-specific enquiries should go to the team.
WhatsApp and email buttons open your chosen service with a message ready for you to send. Those services process information under their own privacy terms. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to deliver them.
When staff plan sea-freight collections, collection postcodes are sent to Postcodes.io to locate the pickup area. Coordinates are sent to the configured road-routing service. Courier manifests contain the pickup address, collection contact name, contact phone number and shipment load needed to perform the collection.
When you book a collection, authorized staff share the collection address and contact details with the courier that performs the pickup.
Browser storage and preferences
Authentication uses browser cookies. The shop basket is stored in your browser, and a checkout request identifier helps prevent duplicate orders. You can change the optional marketing preference in your account.
Requests about your information
Use the contact address above to request a copy or correction of your information, ask about retention, or request deletion. Include enough information for the team to identify your account, but do not email passwords or payment credentials. Identity verification may be needed before account information can be disclosed or changed.
